Fox products are widely used in plant and production facilities to protect and repair concrete and steel. A wide variety of floor coatings are manufactured to meet specialized applications such as chemical resistance, high temperatures, etc. Corrosion resistant coatings and repair products protect steel and concrete and prolong their life expectancy. Rapid hardening repair materials are designed to limit downtime.

Marine

Fox manufactures repair and protection products used on piling, piers, pier caps and bulkheads in the marine environment. Our products are used in wet or dry environments, on new or old construction. Our patented FX-70® Inert Corrosion Free System has been used for more than 30 years to restore the structural integrity of piles and piers throughout the world.

Transportation

Roads, bridges, airports, port terminals, elevated and below ground subway systems and light rail systems throughout the world use our rapid hardening repair materials to keep them running smoothly with little down time or disruption to service. Bearing systems, anchor grouts, epoxy adhesives and rapid hardening repair grouts allow systems to stay on schedule, even at temperatures below freezing. Our admixtures are incorporated at the time of construction to speed construction, increase durability and eliminate costly maintenance.

Utilities and Public Works

Fox Industries' unique Utility Pole Repair System saved one utility company $3.2 million in two years. It restores structural integrity to a broken or rotted utility pole without interrupting service, at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

A combination of Fox's custom-made fiberglass forms, epoxy grouts and coatings can be used to successfully regenerate deteriorated concrete foundations.

Fox Industries formulates specialty products for use in nuclear and fossil fuel generating plants. Molecular ceramic repair materials are used for rebuilding steel housings and shafts. Tube sheet and water box repair coatings prolong equipment life in heat exchange systems. Protective coatings for steel transmission poles, concrete vaults, floors and ceramic insulators greatly lengthen their lifespan.

Waterproofing and Soil Stabilization

Fox's proprietary Jet Set hydrophilic and hydrophobic polyurethane grouts permanently stop water infiltration into structures and pipe lines. Other Jet Set products are used to stabilize soil and prevent ground water contamination. Our products are nonflammable, safe to use and ship as non-hazardous cargo.
